Eamon McGinn is a partner at Deloitte Access Economics with a focus on applying quantitative microeconomic modelling to answer business and policy questions, particularly in the transport, energy and agriculture sectors. This includes policy simulation, cost benefit analysis and forecasting. Recent projects have covered estimating values of travel time; the impact of electric and autonomous vehicles on transport infrastructure; and mode choice in freight markets. Eamon has a PhD in applied econometrics.
