Sarah is an infrastructure economics and public policy expert with more than 20 years’ experience. She advises government and the private sector on major infrastructure policy and investment decisions. This involves development of portfolio strategies, business cases, options assessments, economic and financial appraisals, benefits realisation, and other community-wide analysis to assist with prioritisation and funding. Over her career she has supported sectors including housing, transport, freight, health, education, precincts, water, energy, resilience and digital reform. Sarah is passionate about enabling change, improving decision-making, and supporting infrastructure that delivers lasting economic, social and environmental outcomes. Defining projects over her career have included studies, business cases and economic analysis for Western Sydney Airport, Inland Rail, Sydney Metro, NSW Social Housing Portfolio Review, and Sun Cable’s Australia-ASEAN Power Link.
