Dr Ray will offers insights into the architecture of the 2015-16 Budget and forward estimates. Dr Ray has agreed to take questions from the floor.

About Dr Ray The Fiscal Group is responsible for managing the Government's Budget process and advising the Treasury ministers on overall budget strategy. The Group also advises the Treasury ministers on government spending, balance sheet management and Commonwealth-State financial relations. Nigel is a member of the AOFM Advisory Board and the Board of the Centre for Market Design at the University of Melbourne. Nigel holds Master of Economics and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Sydney. He was awarded the Public Service Medal in last year's Queen's Birthday Honours List. Details
