NSW Women in Economics Network - Coffee Roulette

Register for our next round - We are taking a break in July and August but look forward to re-launching in September 2024. Once you are registered, you will automatically be included in the next matching process (usually done in the first week of the month). 

We are thrilled to announce the second round of the NSW Women in Economics Network (WEN) Coffee Roulette program — an initiative designed to strengthen connections and foster a vibrant community among women economists in NSW.

Each month, participants will be randomly paired with another member, allowing them to coordinate a convenient time to meet for coffee, either virtually or in person.

This program has successfully run for two years in Victoria, providing women in economics the wonderful opportunity to meet new people, reconnect with others, and share experiences beyond the work desk.

After collecting all responses, we will pair you with another participant. You will then be able to reach out to each other to arrange your meeting for the next month. Participants will be re-paired monthly, and you can opt in or out at any time.

We encourage you to sign up and discover the unexpected joys and insights that come from a simple coffee conversation. Who knows? Your next chat could spark new ideas, forge significant connections, or simply brighten your day.

To join the program, please provide your details (name and company) when you register for this event. The deadline for registrations is 31 August 2024.
