&nbsp\;Abstract :&nbsp\;The paper will concentrate on Piketty&rsquo\;s conflation of wealth with capital\, the limitations of accounting data\, and the inappropriateness of using the aggregate production function model to explain the processes at work in capitalism\, ancient and modern.
