SLATE is also the parent company of the independent research group State of Play, and manages the Electric Mine Consortium (EMC), a collaborative group of leading mining and service companies who have joined forces on decarbonisation.
Our wins include leading the national discourse on critical minerals in the Australian Financial Review, growing the EMC to over 20 participating companies, and conducting the world’s largest survey on innovation and strategy in the resources sector.
As an analyst at SLATE, you will have unmatched breadth and responsibility in your work. Our team will empower you to reach your full potential – an analyst at SLATE could go from a client interview on green mining innovation, to data analysis for State of Play, to working on the strategy of the EMC, all in a single day.
To fill this role, we are looking for creative thinkers who don’t fit the mould.
We don’t care what university you went to or what clubs you were a part of.
We do care about how you think, write, and present, and whether you have creative solutions to novel problems.
It is essential that you:
- Are a university graduate with a bias toward both strategic thinking and analysis
- Have recently graduated, or are in the early stages of your career
- Live in Perth as the position is a hybrid mix of working in the office and from home
